Mobile Anesthesiologists is looking for an energetic and eager individual to join our team as a full-time Nurse/Clinical Manager.  

Who is Mobile Anesthesiologists? We are an office-based anesthesia practice that provides a comprehensive, peri-operative solution for physicians, surgeons and dentists performing procedures in their office. Our anesthesiologist and registered nurse team provides pre-operative, anesthesia and post-operative care for a variety of office-based surgical procedures. Our Mobile model is that of a traveling surgery center - we provide all of the same medications, supplies and equipment but at the physician’s office. Our safety, quality and patient satisfaction is second to none! What are the job requirements? First and foremost, candidates must be focused on providing the best possible experience to both our patients and our physician clients. We care about the people we work with and the people we care for and expect this to be a priority for any new member of our team! Additional requirements include:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in all states that Mobile Anesthesiologists of Western New York practices.
  • Minimum of three years of critical care, emergency room, or PACU nursing experience.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS).
  • Previous management and/or leadership experience in a medical practice or hospital-based setting.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating strong professional relationships with individuals at all levels, including physicians and clinical staff, both within and outside the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; previous experience and comfort with using technology as part of the daily workflow.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Manager serves as a peri-anesthesia nurse working in the field and oversees all practice operations.  The Manager is expected to service all clinical locations including, but not limited to: Buffalo, Jamestown, and Rochester. The Clinical Manager operates under the guidance of the Chief Anesthesiologist/Managing Partner and anesthesia management company.
