Mobile Anesthesiologists is looking for an energetic and eager individual to join our team as a full-time Office Manager.  The Medical Practice Manager (MPM) oversees the daily, centralized, administrative office operations of Mobile Anesthesiologists.  The MPM manages all office-based team members, arranges logistics and materials for all meetings at the request of the Director of Clinical Operations and the Physician Board. The MPM serves as the primary liaison to all Mobile’s anesthesiologists on all issues.

Who is Mobile Anesthesiologists? We are an office-based anesthesia practice that provides a comprehensive, peri-operative solution for physicians, surgeons and dentists performing procedures in their office. Our anesthesiologist and registered nurse team provides pre-operative, anesthesia and post-operative care for a variety of office-based surgical procedures. Our Mobile model is that of a traveling surgery center - we provide all of the same medications, supplies and equipment but at the physician’s office. Our safety, quality and patient satisfaction is second to none! Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience working in a multi-provider anesthesia or surgical practice in some form of a management or leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating strong professional relationships with individuals at all levels, including physicians and clinical staff, both within and outside the organization
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; previous experience and comfort with using technology as part of the daily workflow
